ALL RAVENSWOOD REVIVAL PIECES BEGIN AS VINTAGE FURNITURE. Part of the beauty of owning vintage furniture is embracing the past life of the piece and some patina is to be expected. Although refinishing addresses serious areas of wear, pieces may still have some small signs of age. Functional parts of the piece (drawers, doors, etc.) are all in working condition, however Ravenswood Revival is not liable for additional wear that may occur after delivery and/or during use in your home.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT VINTAGE AND/OR PAINTED FURNITURE IS RIGHT FOR YOU BEFORE YOU COMMIT.  

Shipping Policies

Although I do my best to work ONLY with qualified professional shippers, RAVENSWOOD REVIVAL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS OR DAMAGES THAT OCCUR IN-TRANSIT.  Shipping insurance is generally available for an additional charge at the discretion of the buyer, and is the buyer's responsibility. Adding shipping insurance is highly recommended.  Depending on where you live in the United States you can expect a minimum of two weeks, and up to four weeks for your delivery to arrive to your home. Shipping timelines and delivery ETA is worked out with the individual shipper or shipping company and while I am happy to help coordinate, I am unable to provide exact delivery windows.

I will confirm with you if your delivery fee is to be paid directly to the shipper or through Ravenswood Revival. If I am coordinating the payment of your shipper, you will pay Ravenswood Revival when I have a confirmed cost estimate for delivery. SHIPPING CHARGES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE TO GUARANTEE THE QUOTED RATE.

ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
